DOCTOR2 CLINICAL PRACTICE & PROVIDER ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT
1. INDEPENDENT MEDICAL SPECIALIST COVENANT: The Practitioner operates as an independent medical professional. Nothing in this agreement constitutes an employer-employee or agency relationship. Practitioner maintains independent clinical judgment, carries active medical malpractice indemnity, and warrants that all medical licensure remains unencumbered in their governing jurisdiction.
2. PATIENT DATA CONFIDENTIALITY & NDA (HIPAA/PHIPA/PDPA MANDATE): Practitioner covenants strict confidentiality regarding all Protected Health Information (PHI), consultation video streams, chat logs, vitals, and diagnostic imagery. Recording, exporting, or disclosing patient medical documentation outside platform EHR channels without explicit legal authorization is strictly prohibited under international healthcare privacy statutes.
3. NON-INTERFERENCE & NON-CIRCUMVENTION CLAUSE: Practitioner explicitly agrees not to solicit, divert, or direct Doctor2 patients or clients off-platform, nor establish private side-billing arrangements. Practitioner shall not interfere with Doctor2 platform relationships, clinical partner hospitals, or software integrity. This non-interference covenant remains in effect throughout affiliation and for a period of twenty-four (24) months following termination.
4. MINIMUM 10% PRO-BONO SERVICE COVENANT: Practitioner legally commits to fulfilling the designated percentage (minimum 10%) of completed consultation capacity as unbilled humanitarian community care.
